US Mobile’s custom build phone plan options described above do not include unlimited data at slow speeds. Data is hard capped. Once you run out, you are done for the month unless you upgrade to the next tiered data option. Plans can be used on the customer’s choice of either the Verizon or T-Mobile network. The custom build plans include mobile hotspot usage at no extra cost.

US Mobile Also Offers Pooled Data Plans

In April of 2021, US Mobile added pooled data plans. They are available for use exclusively on the company’s Super LTE (Verizon) network. Subscribers can add as many lines as they’d like to a pooled plan. Each line cost $9/month plus a small amount more for taxes and fees which vary by location. Each line comes with unlimited talk and text. Shared data that all lines draw from can then be added to the data pool priced at a cost of $2 per GB. There is no limit to the amount of pooled data that can be added to an account. The plans do not come with unlimited 2G/slow data once the high-speed pooled data allotment runs out. But more shared data can be added to an account during a billing cycle as a top up at the same $2/GB rate. Top-ups are only good for the current billing cycle and don’t carryover to the next one. Subscribers can have multiple pooled plans managed under one account. Any device that can connect to the Verizon network can be part of a pooled plan. They aren’t limited to just phones. Devices capable of connecting to Verizon’s 5G nationwide network will get 5G data access. US Mobile is the only MVNO provider in the USA to offer truly pay by the GB pooled data plans. US Mobile allows its subscribers to mix and match any plan. So if you are a subscriber you can have unlimited plans, pooled plans and custom build plans all managed under one account if you’d like.
